Greg Slawson
Chief Executive Officer
Greg Slawson is responsible for operations and customer service for the company. Mr. Slawson has over 20 years in industry, consulting and software experience, focused on the automotive supply chain and logistics management. He has a solid track record of success utilizing state-of-the-art technological solutions, sales, strategic planning and process enhancement to improve customer service and shareholder value. Prior to joining OPS, Mr. Slawson was the Vice President of Automotive Solutions for Global Logistics Technologies (G-Log). He has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in materials and logistics management at Ford Motor Company, Visteon Automotive Systems, Deloitte Consulting, and most recently with G-Log. Mr. Slawson is recognized leader in supply chain logistics, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences. He has authored numerous articles on supply chain management. Mr. Slawson holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University, and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mark Smith
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Smith, a CPA has over 18 years of finance, accounting and auditing experience within large and small organizations. Mr. Smith began his career in public accounting with Richard Eisner where he was a staff accountant in charge of both small and medium sized clients. While obtaining his M.B.A., Mr. Smith took an internship with Entenmann’s Inc. (A division of Kraft Foods) in the finance department. This led to 6+ years of full time employment, where Mr. Smith held various finance and accounting positions. Mr. Smith then moved to Philip Morris Management Corporation (the parent of Kraft Foods) as an internal auditor in charge of Kraft Foods’ Canadian Operation. After Philip Morris, Mr. Smith moved to Colorado Prime Foods, a $150 million food company, where he was Director of Financial Reporting and Controls. Mr. Smith then spent 3 years at MECA Software, a leading developer of online banking and personal software, as Controller. Mr. Smith then spent 1½ years as Controller and Vice President of Finance at FlexiInternational Software. FlexiInternational is a publicly traded ERP software company. In March 2000, Mr. Smith joined Global Logistics Technologies (“G-Log”) as Vice President, Controller. Mr. Smith was at G-Log until its purchase by Oracle Corp. in February 2006. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Hofstra University.
